New to this edition: for the first time we organise a European congress for the hairdressing sector at a top event. Since July 2014 Belgium assumes the Presidency of Coiffure EU (European association of employers’ organisations in the hairdressing sector) and since 2016 the Secretariat. Coiffure EU does not only provide a forum for discussion of affairs which are important for the hairdressing sector in the European countries. It also contributes to promoting economic and labour relations between member organisations. Furthermore, Coiffure EU represents the European hairdressing sector in the European Union and the EFTA (European Free Trade Association) and attaches great importance to the social dialogue with all the social partners.

Participants to the congress are invited to visit The Hair Games on Monday, January 28. Afterwards, they can enjoy a three-course dinner which is included in the price. The congress takes place on Tuesday, January 29.
